We aim to nurture confident, knowledgeable and ambitious artists whilst also encouraging self-expression, creativity and individuality. Through art our pupils are encouraged to develop their critical thinking and their ability to interpret the world around them. Art contributes to well-being, judgement and self-reflection allowing pupils to develop a natural sense of wonder.

Our art curriculum allows our pupils to have freedom to express their ideas and thoughts in a creative manner, and to share their imagination.

Our pupils are given the opportunities to acquire new skills as well as knowledge in different art forms, media and techniques. We regularly take part in creative festivals and opportunities within the community
